Top 5 Hardest Places to Go To

5: Tenpenny Tower

If you're hated by the people of Tenpenny Tower, you may not want to come back here. Security Guards are everywhere in this tall building. They could kill you in less than 10 seconds.
P.S: If you're coming in here, bring lots of stimpaks, lots of armor, a companion and maybe even a stealth boy.
Threat Level: 4/5

4: Megaton
Same as Tenpenny Tower, if you're hated by the people of Megaton, you may not want to go back there. With a population of over 28 not including the Megaton settlers, they will all team up to kill you.
Megaton may be exploded during the quest, "Power of the Atom", by teaming up with Mister Burke from Tenpenny Tower and triggering the bomb to explode, then enjoying the beautiful mushroom clouds over at Tenpenny Tower.      Threat Level: 5/5

3: Rivet City

Rivet City is the biggest, baddest settlement of the Capital Wasteland. With a population of 48, Rivet City has a ton of security guards because of raiders, super mutants and other big threats. So if you're trying to take over Rivet City, it will take up a lot of ammo and stimpaks.

Threat Level: 5/5

2: Evergreen Mills
Evergreen Mills may sound peaceful and safe, but it really isn't. A former factory, Evergreen Mills is full of raiders. There are about 30-40 raiders at this settlement. The exterior of this settlement contains a super mutant behemoth and 3-4 slave cages. This place also has traps and frag mines. You may never want to come here, but the only thing I'd come here for is for the Barter Bobblehead.       Threat Level: 5/5

1: Vault 87

Vault 87 is the most dangerous place in Fallout 3. Vault 87 contains mostly super mutants. This place is known for it's high radiation level, going up to +3000 rads/second in the front exterior. The only way into Vault 87 is through Murder Pass. If you're doing the Find The Garden of Eden quest, you may need help from Fawkes the super mutant to help you get the G.E.C.K. from the very high radiated area it's in.
